Gowanda Electronics, a US-based designer and manufacturer of precision electronic compoentns and inductors for power, radio frequency (RF), and high frequency (HF) applications, is teaming up with its newly acquired sister company, INSTEC Filters, to provide a broader range of passive components to the global marketplace.

INSTEC Filters is a global supplier of EMI/RFI filters, feedthroughs, and filter assemblies. The company was located in California but recently moved its operations to Arcade, NY, near Gowanda in Upstate New York.

INSTEC is well-established in the European market. This new arrangement with Gowanda will enable us to expand quickly into the North American market by leveraging the strengths of both companies.

INSTEC is known for its quick turn-around on quotes, prototypes, and production; the company's typical 2-week lead time for manufacturing production quantities is impressive compares to most other suppliers in the industry.
